This is a copy of Michelangelo´s drawing. Naturally there was no red background in his drawing. Essentially this was just an exercise in drawing fabric that hangs on a humane frame.

The great Leonardo da Vinci, who can argue that he was not a great artist: no one! This is an attempt to copy one of his drawings, he originally did it in Sanguine: a reddish pencil.
